As our Belonging and Wellbeing Advisor, you'll play a vital role in driving and supporting global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, as well as cultural change efforts, to help create a more inclusive workplace.

This exciting opportunity involves coordinating the work of global DEIB network groups, ensuring they collaborate effectively to implement the DEIB strategy and drive cultural change. You'll also design, manage, and deliver regular surveys on colleague experience and organisational culture to gather valuable feedback and develop actionable plans to address key issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, coordinating, delivering, and assessing global initiatives within the DEIB strategy to ensure successful implementation.
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication around cultural change and DEIB activities, working closely with internal and external communications teams.
  • Developing DEIB policies and ensuring DEIB is fully embedded across all MPS people policies.
  • Enhancing the overall MPS member experience by supporting the shift towards a high-performing culture where inclusion and a sense of belonging are at the forefront for all colleagues.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including Network Groups and People Managers, to design, implement, and evaluate DEIB and cultural change initiatives.

With an estimated annual salary of £55,000-£65,000, plus additional benefits such as up to 15% discretionary annual bonus and 11% pension contribution, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a lasting impact in a forward-thinking organisation.
