Gold Group Limited seeks an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team at London Gatwick Airport. This is a unique opportunity to work with 737 NG/Max, 777, and 787 aircraft.

We are looking for individuals with recent maintenance experience on similar type aircraft. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance tasks, defect rectification, modifications, repairs, and functional tests under the supervision of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all assigned work in a timely manner to optimise aircraft downtime.
  • Ensure accurate completion of aircraft technical log book, maintenance documentation, work packages, and zonal handovers in conjunction with the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
  • Highlight any technical issues, discrepancies, or other issues to the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, company processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have completed a recognised apprenticeship, formal training program, or demonstrate comparable qualifications and experience.
  • Flexibility is essential as the successful candidate will need to adjust working hours to meet operational demands.
  • The ability to learn in-house systems and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are also required.
  • The selected candidate must meet the requirements to hold a London Gatwick Airport airside pass.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
