Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hays PLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day system administration, including helpdesk provision for the financial accounting system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage system administration, including helpdesk provision for the financial accounting system.
  • Work closely with legal and IT services to ensure documented system compliance requirements are met.
  • Monitor, control, and manage financial resources of the Corporate Financial System (Agresso ERP, cloud).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, professional accounting standards, Standing Orders, and Financial Regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial systems projects, implementations, service delivery, and process re-engineering.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Background in finance (CCAB or AAT qualified).
  • Focus on systems' effectiveness.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers to secure technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to optimise software and service delivery.
  • Significant financial experience and developed skills in financial systems projects, implementations, service delivery, and process re-engineering.
