Duty and Assessment Social Care Professional

About the Role:
The Duty and Assessment Social Care Professional plays a crucial role in undertaking Care and Well-being assessments and Section 47 Child protection investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake Care and Well-being assessments
- Conduct Section 47 Child protection investigations
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, children, and other professionals.
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field
- Post-qualifying experience in social work, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent assessment and investigation skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
