Care for individuals with complex needs


We are seeking a compassionate and committed Care Professional to join our team in Heatherwood Court, supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and Mental Health conditions.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is provided through person-centered care plans, promoting the right values and attitudes towards people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and behaviours described as challenging.


You will facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice. You will also liaise with families, friends, advocates, external agencies and the management team to provide a consistent approach that meets the individual needs of each service user.


The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working with our client group, good communication skills, and the ability to adapt their approach to the individual's needs. Experience in Health and Social Care would be an advantage but not essential.


We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,183.62, holiday allowance (221 hours) per annum paid with additional holidays for long service, industry-leading training, and a friendly and supportive work environment.
