Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Protection Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, personnel, and property.

As a Protection Officer, you will work closely with our front and back-of-house teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. You will also respond promptly to emergency situations and provide expert guidance to colleagues and management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular security patrols around the premises
  • Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards
  • Responding to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and near-misses
  • Collaborating with local law-enforcement agencies to ensure seamless communication and response
Key Responsibilities

As a Protection Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on security protocols and procedures
  • Developing and implementing effective training programs for security staff
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Communicating effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies
Requirements

To be successful as a Protection Officer, you will need:

  • A proven track record in security operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to work hours, including night shifts and weekends
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
