About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Flotek Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, preparing financial reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Working Hours

This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours per week, with flexible working hours available. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs.
