About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to work on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital, to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal support to stakeholders on commercial projects
  • Work on initiatives for the wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users
  • Manage contracts in life, including corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve legal complexities and deliver business outcomes
Requirements
  • UK Qualified Lawyer/Solicitor
  • Minimum of 6+ years PQE and legal training and experience in a major law firm
  • Broad commercial/technology experience with a track record of managing complex projects
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
  • Constructive and consultative team player with good communication skills
