Our client, a market leader in the Technology & Telecoms industry, is seeking a Property Counsel to join their in-house legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing transactions through counsel sessions with legal suppliers and acquisition delivery managers.
  • Support legal supplier management, fostering close working relationships and daily management.
  • Manage supplier training and development related to the Electronic Communications Code (ECC) 2017.
  • Coordinate escalations, risks, and issues related to legal completion of occupational renewals under the ECC 2017.
  • Operate project governance through meetings, work streams, and teams calls.
  • Update internal systems and inform relevant parties on transaction progress.

Requirements

  • UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Experience in commercial property conveyancing, particularly in landlord and tenant matters.
  • Experience working in a busy in-house legal team.
  • Robust understanding of the conveyancing process (Landlord/Tenant law).

What We Offer

  • A salary banding of between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE.
  • An attractive bonus scheme, offering 15% of your annual salary.

  • A generous holiday allowance of 30 days per year, plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working structure in their head office based in Reading.
