Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Quality Care Services Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet

• Support clients with their medication and assist with practical tasks such as shopping and housework

• Follow individual care plans and work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns to management

Requirements

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work as part of a close-knit team. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our training program.

You do not need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you will need to be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
