Job Description

Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, IAM Technical Lead, Cyber Security Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber practice, you will be responsible for leading large and complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements, working closely with clients to define and develop their identity projects and programmes.

Cyber Risk and Security

About the Role

As an IAM technical specialist/lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Engagement Delivery: Leading large and complex IAM engagements, you will be well-versed in the Identity lifecycle and concepts as well as alignment of requirements to security frameworks like NIST.
  • Client Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and relationship skills to manage a variety of client stakeholders from CISO to Developer.
  • Market Development: Distilling complex technical matters into simple narratives to drive and lead conversations with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong identity skills and have the ambition to utilise Deloitte's leading training opportunities to enhance and extend their capabilities. The skills we want you to ultimately have will cover:

  • Broad enterprise identity experience across IGA, PAM, Access Management, and Authentication (Enterprise and Customer), with demonstrable ability to build identity strategies which integrate into client enterprise architectures and beyond.
  • Experience working in a digital transformation environment supporting the definition of Identity architecture leveraging cloud native and/or other IAM solutions.
  • Advanced, practical experience of a variety of IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Centrify, ForgeRock, Ping, Entra ID, and Okta.
