The Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Multi-Craft Tradespersons. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of repair and improvement work across various properties within the North West region. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing living standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out repairs and improvements to residential properties, encompassing diverse areas such as carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, roofing, or glazing.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Possess an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in at least one additional trade.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
