The Role
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Multi-Craft Tradespersons. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of repair and improvement work across various properties within the North West region. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing living standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and improvements to residential properties, encompassing diverse areas such as carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, roofing, or glazing.
- Work effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Possess an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least one additional trade.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
