Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Grafton Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing the distribution team in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits with your team to provide insights, feedback, and reports.
  • Analyse sales metrics and statistics to identify strong and weak performing areas.
  • Develop local events and initiatives that align with our company message and branding.
  • Lead and work with the team to drive sales initiatives, event content, and strategy.
  • Present field activities and insights in a professional, timely, and effective manner.
  • Foster sales activities and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the nutrition industry, products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
