Role Overview
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at Village Hotel Club. This diverse and challenging role requires a high level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and engage others.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the reception team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Manage the front desk and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
