- Communicate with Parents and Caregivers: Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
- Promote Social and Emotional Development: Promote social and emotional development through tailored support and intervention strategies.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Recognized in the UK with a specialization or significant experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Experience Working with SEN Students: Proven experience working with children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- Strong Understanding of SEN Legislation: Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices in inclusive education.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
