About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in software development, including managing multiple functional teams.
  2. Software Development Background: Extensive software development background with embedded systems (RTOS, Linux, Android).
  3. Programming Skills: Strong experience in programming languages (C / C++, Java, Kotlin, C#).
  4. Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
  5. Mentorship Skills: Experience in mentoring, resource planning, and performance management.
