Additional Resources is seeking a skilled Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, managing a portfolio of high-value cases, and driving strategic growth.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our team as a Senior Private Client Solicitor. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning. You will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on their estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the Private Client team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients
• Manage a portfolio of high-value cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients
• Drive strategic growth of the department through innovative ideas and initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective solutions to complex legal issues

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Partner, or Head of Private Client
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge of private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers excellent benefits, including hybrid working options, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional development.
