About the Position:

This role involves teaching small groups of students with varying SEND needs, focusing on KS3 curriculum delivery and adaptation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, promoting academic excellence, and fostering positive relationships with students and staff.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching pupils with SEND needs, particularly Autism and SEMH.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
