**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our team at With Support Limited in Huddersfield.

As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve technical issues.
  • Improve our support processes and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT support role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
