Job Summary: Helpdesk Technician

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our team. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients and internal teams.

Your main responsibilities will include investigating and resolving customer and internal support requests, identifying and solving issues alongside our existing Technical Services team, and providing excellent communication skills.

You must have excellent troubleshooting skills in all Windows desktop, Mac OSX, and Windows Server operating systems. You should also have experience with Microsoft Hyper-V & VMWare vSphere infrastructures, Microsoft products including Office, Office 365 Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, and supporting on premise and off premise Anti-Spam/Email Security solutions.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Huddersfield
