About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Energy Transformation Lead to join our Energy and Utilities team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing digital leadership and driving business benefits for our clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of PA Consulting, providing digital advisory and assurance services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering high-quality consulting services.
  • Lead and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop commercially viable consulting market offerings, working with PA teams to refine existing services and expand into new markets.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in a corporate, government, start-up, or consulting environment, with a focus on energy or climate change.
  • Digital or data background, with expertise in at least one technology critical to the energy transition.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
