About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer with a strong background in Automation Testing to join our rapidly growing engineering team at Anson McCade. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while playing a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Utilize Python, Selenium, WebDriver, and other relevant tools to create comprehensive automated test scripts.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.
  • Execute and Manage Automated Test Suites: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards by executing and managing automated test suites.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Mentor and Guide Team Members: Mentor junior test engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for automated testing.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Test Engineer, with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Selenium, WebDriver, and other relevant testing frameworks and tools.
  • Software Development Life Cycles: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), particularly Agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • CI/CD Environments: Experience in CI/CD environments and integrating automated tests into the development pipeline.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
