About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Kingdom People. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business relationships and the expansion of existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales: Convert inbound inquiries into new business opportunities, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Lead Generation: Actively source and identify new sales leads, expanding your client portfolio.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize sales potential.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving the company's growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably within service-based industries.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and values teamwork.
