Job Title: Head of Business Systems

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Business Systems. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of our business systems, ensuring seamless integration and automation of our core applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for business systems, aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Lead a team of technical experts to design, implement, and maintain our business systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements and implement technology solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to leverage them to drive business value.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading business systems teams, with a strong track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving business value.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration, automation, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.
