Kurt Geiger is a leading luxury footwear and accessories brand that values kindness, diversity, and creativity. We're seeking an experienced Head of Business Systems to join our Senior Technology management team.

The successful candidate will have a primary focus on strategy, operational management, team management, and resource allocation. They will work closely with the architecture team to create a systems roadmap, handle day-to-day operations, and lead a small group of engineers.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and make decisions. Experience working with ERP, finance, and/or wholesale business systems is a plus.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement a systems roadmap to drive business growth
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of main business systems, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Lead a small team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to plan and allocate resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness
