Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Oxford. As a key member of our Property & Building Control division, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services across various residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough building surveys and produce detailed reports to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Manage contract administration and oversee refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to RICS code of ethics.
  • Handle Party Wall matters and provide Building Pathology reports, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Carry out Reinstatement Cost Assessments and capital expenditure planning, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Write specifications for various projects, utilizing your expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience conducting building surveys on residential properties, with a strong understanding of RICS code of ethics.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and numerical abilities, with exceptional report writing skills and attention to detail.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
