About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, promoting academic growth and confidence.
  • Work closely with teachers to identify areas of need and develop strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to reach their full potential.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. This competitive salary package reflects the importance of your role in supporting students with special needs.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, enabling you to build effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students are crucial qualities for this role.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable, but not mandatory.
