About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Development Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all on-site activities, enforcing quality control, managing material requisitions, and maintaining accurate project records. You will also identify and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks on-site, develop and approve risk assessments, and implement corrective actions for non-conformance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager, with a strong background in education projects. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks on-site.
  • Develop and approve risk assessments and method statements for all operatives and subcontractors.
  • Implement corrective actions for non-conformance, recommending improvements to site systems as needed.
