Workshop Operations Coordinator

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our team as a Workshop Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in the success of our busy workshop by leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all work is completed to manufacturer standards.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire their team, and have a strong focus on delivering high-quality work while maintaining a reasonable rate. They will also be responsible for supervising the workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities- To supervise a team of technicians and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- To prioritize tasks and allocate work to the team members based on their skills and workload.
- To maintain a safe and healthy working environment and adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- To communicate effectively with the service advisors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years of full-time experience as a vehicle technician.
- A Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
- A full UK driving licence.

- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days after three years' continuous service.
