Job Summary:
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Recruit Select as a skilled Accounts Administrator. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for undertaking various tasks that will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ledgers and ensure accurate financial records
- Process invoices and payments, including chasing payments and making payments
- Liaise with clients to resolve financial queries and provide excellent customer service
- Input invoices and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Check and approve payments to ensure financial accuracy
- Post payments and receipts for suppliers and clients
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit control tasks
- Assist with nominal ledger posting and reconciliations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be proficient in financial software and systems.
