As a renowned engineering firm, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembly and Service Specialist to join our innovative team.

Located in Alcester, this role offers a unique opportunity for a hands-on engineer to grow within a company known for its advanced engineering solutions.

Job Summary
  • We are looking for an individual with experience in machining processes and assembly, testing, and inspection of high-specification machinery.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and servicing machinery, as well as participating in office-based activities and providing on-site support to international clients.
Responsibilities
  1. Operate a variety of machinery including lathes, millers, drilling, tapping confidently and competently.
  2. Assist in the assembly, testing, and inspection of high-specification machinery.
  3. Repair, maintain, and service machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals.
  5. Provide on-site support to international clients, including extended travel abroad.
Requirements
  • Completed an engineering apprenticeship or possesses foundational engineering skills obtained from at least 2 years of experience in an engineering environment.
  • Highly hands-on, with experience in machining processes.
  • Office environment experience and strong communication skills.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods as required.
  • Clean driving license.
