Job Overview


The Supply Chain and Compliance Manager role at Thames Water is a dynamic opportunity to join our Purchase to Pay team and contribute to the success of our Finance & Commercial department.



Key Responsibilities

Manage Compliance




  • Develop and maintain controls and risk mitigations to ensure compliance with regulations such as the Modern Slavery Act, Data Protection, and IR35




  • Establish and maintain a robust controls, risk, and assurance approach for Commercial




  • Ensure compliance within existing regulatory and legislative requirements by implementing robust processes and ensuring their adherence





Key Skills and Experience

Requirements




  • Strong understanding of purchase to pay processes and commercial awareness




  • Experience in defining and mitigating risks, as well as assurance for monitoring compliance




  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation affecting P2P and Commercial functions




  • Engagement skills to support, influence, and challenge stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for Thames Water





What We Offer

Competitive salary from £47,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, car allowance, and pension scheme.
