The must havesTo be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Extensive background in Supply Chain as a subject matter expert, preferably in complex demand and channel operations, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, practices, techniques, skills, and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience in collaborating with senior-level internal stakeholders and outsourced partners.
- Experience in leading a team, with strong people development and motivational engagement skills.
- Able to deal with complex requirements and take a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
We'd also love you to bring:
- Prince 2 and MSP certification preferred.
- A proactive 'can do' attitude with a strong hands-on approach.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic.
- Proven project management experience in practice and using methodologies with a focus on large-scale supply chain transformation.
- Master's degree in an associated field preferred.
