**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Getronics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second and third-line technical support to customers via desk-side visits, walk-ups, and remote sessions.
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with service desk and client infrastructure teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate root cause issues to engineering teams, install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Update call management systems with clear progress and resolution details.
  • Install and configure desktop and laptop products into network environments, and monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working in an IT support role.
  • Completion of Microsoft MD-100 Modern Desktop certification and MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
