Role Overview

Bromford is currently seeking a highly skilled Risk Governance Advisor to join its team. In this permanent role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the effective management and delivery of compliance programmes, particularly in asbestos, water, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collating, validating, and updating systems with compliance data
  • Assisting with performance and assurance reporting
  • DAILY MONITORING OF FORWARD-LOOKING PROGRAMMES TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF NON-COMPLIANCE

The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring compliance or maintenance programmes, especially in asbestos, water, and M&E systems. Strong organisational and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.

This is a 37.5-hour-per-week position offering a competitive salary of around £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll be based in either Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury with regular home working available.
