Agility Resourcing is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation based in the Lancaster area. The company offers great benefits and a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing quarterly VAT returns and machine games duty returns
  • Assisting the accounts team with finance tasks
  • Involvement in annual budget production and development of finance systems
  • Preparing monthly management accounts within tight deadlines
  • Development of accounting entries, G/L journals, and accruals
  • Variance analysis and commentary
  • Production of various management reports
  • Cashbook management and analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Van stock movement reconciliation and stock payment analysis
  • Deferred income workings and posting to Sage
  • Hire fleet income calculation and posting to Sage
Requirements:
  • ACCA or CIMA qualification or part-qualified (later stages preferred)
  • Intermediate to expert level user of Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience working within a fast-paced and high order volume environment
