Education Programme Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Education Programme Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational programmes that cater to diverse learning needs.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of special education principles and practices. You will be responsible for working closely with teachers and support staff to create a tailored learning environment that supports the academic and personal growth of our students.

The salary for this role is £48,000 per annum, with the possibility of up to £58,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programmes that meet the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a tailored learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
  • Stay current with research and best practices in special education

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Special Education or a related field
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
