About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Aviation & Defence Universe. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating technical assessments, and generating quotes in accordance with our defined process and policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vetting and qualifying initial customer enquiries
  • Coordinating technical assessments with our Customer Services and Pre-sales teams
  • Generating quotes and managing the sales process to successful completion
  • Maintaining accurate account records in our CRM system
  • Working closely with our Procurement professionals to deliver value to our customers
  • Liaising with our Finance team on invoicing and with our Customer Services team on fulfilment
  • Proactively engaging customers on support renewals and managing company accounts on customers' procurement platforms
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Financial and commercial competence, with a strong understanding of our products and services
  • High-level competence with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in the Defence sector or with high-value, low-volume software sales
  • Salesforce administration experience
