Sales and Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Internal Sales Officer to join our client's team in the electro-mechanical telecommunications industry. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales administration skills and play a key role in our client's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for our client's customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales revenue and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with fellow Internal Sales Officers to proactively manage customer expectations.
- Ensure seamless coordination with external sales teams, planning, and purchasing departments.
- Support order processing and fulfillment as needed.
- Proven experience in key account management, customer service, and sales support (2+ years).
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 (Office) / Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 (Remote)
Friday: 08:00 - 15:30 (Remote)
