Job Title: Global Head of Data and AI Strategy

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to lead our enterprise-wide data and AI strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven decision-making across complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's enterprise-wide data and AI strategy.
  • Lead enterprise data governance and build business processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for data and AI, fostering solid relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing enterprise data strategies in a leadership position.
  • Significant experience in driving C-Suite level understanding of the impact of Data & AI strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of AI and generative AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Proven track record of driving change and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Ability to lead large & dispersed teams in a multi-time zone working arrangement.
