Job Title: Director of Global Data Strategy

FairPlay Sports Media is a leading sports media network that empowers customer communities to compete in the sports betting game. We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Data Strategy to lead our real-time analytical efforts and drive data-driven decision making across multiple product portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and SaaS products. They will be responsible for establishing a strategic vision for product analytics, setting goals, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover valuable insights and drive strategic initiatives.

  1. Lead data-driven decision-making across multiple product portfolios and collaborate with product, support, engineering, marketing, finance, and design teams.
  2. Establish a strategic vision and set goals for product analytics, incorporating key initiatives such as AI/Machine learning, expanding in-product analysis opportunities, and elevating the quality, availability, and usability of data.
  3. Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics and measurement strategy that aligns with business objectives, including collecting and utilizing 1st and 3rd party data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of product data, and latency and other performance indicators that drive quality, value, and time to value and market.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. They will have minimum 5 years of experience in leading data and analytics teams, with knowledge of AI/ML development processes, along with a proven portfolio of successful implementations in SaaS and DaaS products, as well as AdTech and MarTech strategy and activation.
