Trainee Nursing Assistant Role

As a Trainee Nursing Assistant at HC-One, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will be part of a dynamic team that embodies the quality of supreme kindness in every aspect of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through our outstanding and refreshing development program.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care planning arrangements.
  • Make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, preferably in a Senior Carer or similar position with leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the person-centred care planning process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
