Our Trainee Nursing Assistant role offers a refreshing development program that will upskill and train you to undertake more responsibility and develop the skills needed to be a Nursing Assistant. You will assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks, under the supervision and guidance of a qualified nurse.

What's great is that you will receive a salary increase once you have completed your program. To qualify for the development program, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it), a minimum of 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, and knowledge and understanding of the person-centred care planning process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
