Job Description:
The Facilities & Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's facilities in Glasgow, with 3-4 days on-site per week. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring seamless internal communication.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and internal communications, with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. They will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the facilities in Glasgow, ensuring they meet the company's needs and standards.
- Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to engage employees and promote company initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management and/or internal communications.
- Strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
