Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular planned maintenance visits to service and maintain AC plant and assets.
  2. Identify and rectify any issues or faults with AC systems.
  3. Respond promptly to emergency call-outs to resolve issues efficiently.
  4. Maintain a high level of health and safety standards throughout all work activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also essential.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
