About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Junior Jersey Designer to join our team and support the Senior Designer in creating original, beautiful, and high-quality products that reflect the brand's DNA. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the ME+EM brand positioning and be able to assist in designing product that meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Designer in developing and implementing design concepts that align with the brand's DNA and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Garment Tech and Buyer teams to ensure all styles meet quality, cost, and brand standards.
  • Source fabrics and trims that meet ME+EM's customer expectations, including washable, non-crease, luxurious, and point-of-difference materials.
  • Attend fit sessions and provide feedback on product development.
  • Participate in seasonal store visits to ensure brand KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and travel to develop new styles, fabrics, and trims.
  • Attend fabric fairs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
