About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas & Heating Engineer to join our in-house Gas Team at Coastal Housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their gas heating systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on gas heating systems
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Provide expert advice to customers on gas heating system maintenance and upgrades
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Gas & Heating Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of gas heating systems and regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
