About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Assistant to join our team within an excellent primary school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting children, particularly those with special educational needs (SEND). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that delivers a fun and balanced curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children's learning and development in a fun and engaging way
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
Requirements
  • A minimum of six weeks experience supporting young people, evidenced by references
  • An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • A up-to-date CV with employment/education history and any employment breaks explained
  • The legal right to work in the UK
