E-Commerce Account Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated E-Commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Paul Mitchell Associates. As the primary point of contact for our B2B Dropshipping clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and seamless account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire dropshipping process, ensuring accuracy in product listings, order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Foster strong client relationships, manage subscription payments, handle account sign-ups, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, account management, or customer service, particularly in a B2B setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce and dropshipping, including online retail models and logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.
