This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our e-commerce operations, where you'll be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, managing subscription payments, handling account sign-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire dropshipping process, ensuring accuracy in product listings, order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B Dropshipping clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns related to account management, customer service, or order fulfilment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in e-commerce, account management, or customer service, particularly in a B2B setting.
  • Account Management Experience: Previous experience in managing client accounts is highly valued.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of E-commerce and Dropshipping: Familiarity with online retail models and logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and inboxes simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
